My Street Corner

This is one hypnotizing sketch. It caught my eye right away and I couldn't but bookmark to write some feedback.

First of all, the effect achieved by keeping some parts of the sketch in "raw" condition, which brings it to flat front, while the rest being put in perspective is what made this sketch hundred percent more interesting. I also like which parts you have chosen, makes really cool composition.

I like your use of lines as well, perspective-wise it's excellent (except maybe few windows on the left building but that's minor). I only feel that using more details in front (car, right building) would make it even more appealing.
